We definitely need to document the "Pandemic of 2020"!! We started hearing about a "Coronavirus" in China around January...by March they were talking about the fact that it was very bad in Italy and could get that way in the U.S. as well. Very unexpectedly, over the span of just a few days, the kids were sent home from school on a Friday in March with two weeks of work to complete "from home." Initially, I had hoped that the two weeks would be enough to contain this thing and we'd be back to normal. Nope, turns out the girls did not go back to school this year. Almost the entire 4th quarter of school was spent from home, learning online. They missed their dance recitals, only got to play one soccer game for the Pumas the spring season, missed the daddy-daughter dance, and so many other things. However, they were in good spirits and healthy and maybe enjoyed being home on their ipads a little too much :) Below are some pictures of life during the quarantine (where I also worked from home as well.)
Right before the official "stay at home" orders came out, we had a sneaking suspicion of what was about to happen. Paps and LeLe came to see us because they figured it would be a long time before they could again! We went to the East alabama Motor speedway!
