My friend Kayce and I decided to take the kids to the new-ish Splash Pad downtown on a Saturday morning when our husbands were fishing. Neither of us had been and we weren't sure what to expect, but the kids seemed to love it! We then navigated them (all 6 kids between the two of us!) to a successful lunch at Your Pie. We had a great time, had happy kids, it was 1000 degrees outside and so we were literally a hot mess but we were feeling very proud of ourselves for a successful outing!
